Monday (7/5/10) – Day Off

Tuesday (7/6/10) – P90X Legs & Back with softball at night.

Wednesday (7/7/10) – Insanity Core Cardio & Balance with double header softball games at night.

Thursday (7/8/10) – Double Header Softball Games

Friday (7/9/10) – Day Off

Saturday (7/10/10) – Day Off

Sunday (7/11/10) – Day Off

This week was brutal. I felt so exhausted going into this week that I barely had any energy. I made it half way through P90X Legs and Back before stopping. I decided it was time for a break since I had not had a true recovery week in a couple months. Softball was fun but the weather was still hot. It was at least 95 degrees on wednesday night. What was weird was that I felt very loose. Must be all of that humidity in the air. Even weirder was that my swing felt great and so did my arm. Maybe the couple days away from P90X and Insanity helped my body relax. I got on base all but 4 times in my 19 at bats in those 3 days.

I really need to start planning a recovery week into my monthly schedule when I’m mixing programs. I started feeling not as exhausted on sunday. Next week should be better.

  1. I’m feeling pretty wiped out myself and I just had my weekly full rest day break. I’ve crammed more physical activity into the last nine weeks than I’ve had in the last two years. I’m tired Boss.
