Monday (6/7/10) - Insanity Cardio Recovery

Tuesday (6/8/10) - Power 90 Upper Middle Lower with Ab Ripper 200 & Softball Game

Wednesday (6/9/10) - Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance & Double Header Softball Games

Thursday (6/10/10) - Double Header Softball Games

Friday (6/11/10) - Power 90 Sculpt Phase 3 - 4

Saturday (6/12/10) - ChaLean Extreme Burn Circuit 2

Sunday (6/13/10) - Day Off

This was a very active week for me. Five days of working out and five softball games. It was fun doing the different types of workouts. I didn't even know Power 90 UML was on my P90X DVDs. Beachbody added it on as a bonus workout recently.

I hit my first ever over the fence home run this week. Of course its considered an out on the softball league I play on. That part sucked of course but the feeling of hitting the ball over the 300 foot sign felt pretty good. Its been a long time coming for that to happen. Two years ago when I started doing P90X I could barely hit the ball about 270 feet. Thanks to P90X and Insanity I can really drive the ball. Now if I can only do it in my other league where it doesn't count as an out.
