Monday (6/21/10) - Insanity Plyometric Cardio Ciruit

Tuesday (6/22/10) - Softball Game

Wednesday (6/23/10) - P90X Legs and Back with Ab Ripper 200 and Double Header Softball Games

Thursday (6/24/10) - 18 holes of golf at Heather Hills & Double Header Softball Games

Friday (6/25/10) Day Off

Saturday (6/26/10) - Day Off

Sunday (6/27/10) - Day Off

I really needed those 3 days off as I was exhausted from the working out and five games of softball. The 90 degree heat did not help out either. I was able to do 68 pull ups during the P90X Legs and Back workout which is 12 short of my high. Not bad since I don't do this every week right now because I mix in Insanity workouts. I switched in Ab Ripper 200 from the Power 90 workout series and it burns up my abs. I felt it for 2 days.

I played decent in the softball games and can feel my legs getting much better. My golf game is going through a phase. I've been playing all new courses this summer so I don;t know what to hit. With me hitting the golf ball 30 yards father than pre P90X and Insanity I now am hitting thorugh the fairways and out of bounds. I shot a 91 on thursday with 9 penalty shots. The 6 three puts I had did not help out.
