Monday (5/24/10) – Insanity Pure Cardio

Tuesday (5/25/10) – Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit and Double Header Softball Games

Wednesday (5/26/10) – Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance & Double Header Softball Games

Thursday (5/27/10) – P90X Upper Plus and Double Header Softball Games

Friday (5/28/10) – Day Off

Saturday (5/29/10) – Day Off

Sunday (5/31/10) – Day Off

I really worked it out this week. One day of P90X plus, three days of Insanity workouts, followed by three days of double header softball games. Worst part about the softball games is that it was close to 90 degrees for all of those games. Running around in polyester softball pants only adds to the sweating. I lost 4 pounds this week and I believe it to be all water weight. My legs felt a lot better from doing Insanity. Thursdays games were the most challenging. It was the first time I ever felt tired from playing softball. The 3 days off over Memorial Day weekend were much needed.
