Monday (5/17/10) – Day Off

Tuesday (5/18/10) – Tony Horton One on One Cardio Intervals – First time doing the Tony Horton 1 on 1 series. I liked it and am ready for the next one. I’m going to incorporate more of these workouts into my schedule.

Wednesday (5/19/10) – Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance and Double Header Softball Game – My legs felt so much better for the games when I did Insanity before. It was like I had another half a step. We won both games including a 9 run come from behind victory in the top of the last inning.

Thursday (5/20/10) Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Friday (5/21/10) Day Off

Saturday (5/22/10) Susan G. Komen 5k Race

Sunday (5/23/10) 2 Mile Bike Ride – Would have gone farther but my bike broke. The stupid pedal fell off. Found out that its the “Crank Arm.”

It was another ok week of working out. My goal is to start doing two a days twice a week to get some more cardio in.
