Monday (4/19/10) P90X Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps with Ab Ripper X – Started phase 2 of P90X today. Did pretty good. Struggled with 1 arm push ups still. Completed all the moves in Ab Ripper X.

Tuesday (4/20/10) Insanity Max Interval Sports Training & Softball Game – Did this Insanity workout as a warm up for the co-ed softball game I had that night. We won.

Wednesday (4/21/10) P90X Back & Biceps with Ab Ripper X & Double Header Softball Game – Might have been more than I should of done. Had the energy to do 39 total pull ups including 12 wide grip versions. Completed all the moves with the P90X ab workout. We lost both softball games in horrible fashion.

Thursday (4/22/10) Day Off – Was exhausted and sore from the previous two days.

Friday (4/23/10) P90X Legs and Back with Ab Ripper X – Used heavier weights for the leg moves and did 71 total pull ups and chin ups. This is 11 less than I did the week before. I think its from starting Phase 2 of P90X and being sore from the two new workouts.

Saturday (4/24/10) 18 holes of golf at Riverwood Golf Course. My college fraternity had a alumni golf outing that day with a scramble format. My group shot one under and finished in 3rd. I hit the ball very well. My irons were great and I even hit a drive that must of gone 330 yards. I think I would of shot in the mid 80s if I would of been counting for myself. My friends asked me how I was hitting the ball so far. If you read this site then you know the answer.

Sunday (4/25/10) Day Off – Hanging out with old college buddies includes wilding out from our 2pm tee time til 4 am. I needed time to recover.
