Monday (4/12/10) – P90X Plyometrics

Tuesday (4/13/10) – P90X Kenpo Cardio Plus

Wednesday (4/14/10) – 6 Mile Bike Ride

Thursday (4/15/10) – 14 Mile Bike Ride

Friday (4/16/10) – Golfed 18 holes – Hit the ball very well but putted like crap.

Saturday (4/17/10) – Day Off

Sunday (4/18/10) – Day Off

This was my recovery week for P90X. I did not follow the P90X workout guides exactly but was close enough. The bike rides were a great workout. I get back to the resistance training on monday and start phase 2.
