Wednesday (3/10/10) One on One Cardio Intervals with Tony Horton

Friday (3/12/10) Day Off

Saturday (3/13/10) Swimming

Sunday (3/14/10) Day Off

We got to workout with Tony Horton at the Top Beachbody Coach Trip in Kauai, Hawaii. It was a lot different working out with him when he's standing over you watching your every move. I'll be posting more in depth info about the trip and workouts over the next week.
