Workout Routines For 3-1-10 to 3-7-10

Monday (3/1/10) Insanity Max Interval Sports Training & Insane Cardio Abs - I did not know how long Insane Abs was going to be so I decided to give it a go after barely making it through the sports training dvd. Wish I would have looked at the cover more as the Insane Ab workout was 30 minutes long. There was a point in this workout that it hurt so much my emotions were telling me to cry. I had to scale it back.

Tuesday (3/2/10) Insanity Upper Body Weight Training

Wednesday (3/3/10) P90X+ Upper Plus

Thursday (3/4/10) 4 Mile Run

Friday (3/5/10) P90X+ Total Body Plus

Saturday (3/6/10) Day Off - Traveled over night from Detroit to Hawaii for the Top Beachbody Coach trip.

Sunday (3/7/10) Day Off

I put in a sold 5 days of working out with Insanity and P90X Plus to get ready for the Top Beachbody Coach trip to Kauai, Hawaii. Had to do what I could to make sure I'd be ready for whatever workout Tony Horton was going to put us through.
