Workout Routines For 2-8-10 to 2-14-10

Monday (2/8/10) - P90X Total Body Plus

Tuesday (2/9/10) - Day Off

Wednesday (2/10/10) - Day Off

Thursday (2/11/10) - P90X Interval X Plus & Abs Core Plus & Skiing at Mt. Holly

Friday (2/12/10) -  P90X Upper Plus

Saturday (2/13/10) - P90X Plyometrics

Sunday (2/14/10) - P90X Yoga X

This was my last week of working out before I headed to Park City Utah to go skiing and snowboarding. I really tried to push it as much as I could. The Total Body workout was brutal. The pace at which the P90X Plus workouts move is kind of fun and makes it more challenging. The amount of push ups and pull ups I can do in the workouts is moving up too as I get use to the moves. The "L Chin Ups" are crazy and right now I can only do 3 of them.

To finish off the week I did P90X Plyometrics to warm up the legs and P90X Yoga X to stretch out the body before hitting the slopes for a week. Hopefully I'll be able to hit my goal of skiing or snowboarding every day in Park City next week.
