Monday (2/22/10) – Day off – Was coming back from my trip to Park City, Utah.

Tuesday (2/23/10) – Day Off

Wednesday (2/24/10) – Day Off

Thursday (2/25/10) – Day Off

Friday (2/26/10) – Day Off

Saturday (2/27/10) – Day Off

Sunday (2/28/10) – Day Off

What can I say besides I was exhausted from my ski trip. I lost an inch off my waist from all of the skiing and snowboarding. I could not stop eating when I got home and the last thing I wanted to do was workout. After spending almost 30 hours on the slopes I needed a recovery week to rest up. I’ll get back on the horse next week.

    Brad quit you slacking! just kidding, multiple days of intense skiing in the mountains is one of the best workouts you can do. I bet the P90X plyo and legs days really helped, I always notice my quads getting sore from your legs absorbing all of the bumps as you go down the hill.

      That trip destroyed me. If I did not do P90X Plyometrics along with Insanity before I went there would be no way I would of been able to shred for 7 days and party at night. By the last day I was ready for a break. I started to fall asleep on the chair lift at Snowbird causing me to freak out as I got that feeling of falling off the lift.
