Skiing and snowboarding for 7 days straight might have been one of the best workouts ever. Its a good thing I prepared for it by doing P90X, Insanity, and P90X Plus. I am very jealous of you! I was lucky enough to go to Big Sky, Montana in January, but I only got two days in on the slopes. I did however notice the same thing as you, I got much less tired this time at Big Sky compares to other times, and the only thing I can attribute it to is the couple weeks of intense P90X’ing some months before. Looking forward to your more detailed post!

@ Chris
Big Sky is on my short list of places to go next. I was dead tired after the 7 days of skiing and snowboarding in Utah. Its a good thing I did Insanity and P90X in the months leading up to the trip or otherwise I’d be taking days off, hanging out in the hot tub, and drinking beer.
