Workout Routines For 12-7-09 To 12-13-09
Monday (12/7/09) - P90X Legs and Back w/ Ab Ripper X - So I was only able to do 58 total pull ups and chin ups for the workout. It was a far cry from my personal chin up record of 82. Still not bad though figuring it has been a couple months since I've even done P90X Legs and Back. What it tells me is that all of the other working out I've been doing has been able to maintain much of the muscle I built up.
Tuesday (12/8/09) - Insanity Cardio Recovery - I was sore as hell from P90X Legs and Back from the day before. My hamstrings, calves, and butt were making walking a chore. Luckily, Insanity Cardio Recovery was up. Unfortunately, its all leg work which only made it worse.
Wednesday (12/9/09) - Day Off - It still hurt to walk.
Thursday (12/10/09) - Day Off
Friday (12/11/09) - Insanity Pure Cardio - Legs felt really good and I was able to make it through the "Level 2 Drills" portion of the workout no problem. Keeping up with the other stuff is still a task though.
Saturday (12/12/09) - Day Off
Sunday (12/13/09) - P90X Chest and Back - Was able to do 218 total push ups and 26 total chin ups. This is quite a big gain from last weeks numbers of 195 push ups and 24 chin ups. I think a lot of it is from all of the push ups I have done with the Insanity workout over the past couple months. I was able to do 10 "Diamond Push Ups" on the second round of the workout too. Last time I could do 5 but had to do it with a 3 inch distance between my fingers.
P90X Legs and Back still gets me every time. Pretty much my whole lower body hurts for two days. I think this is why it is my favorite P90X workout. Besides that it was a successful week. Mixing up the P90X and Insanity workout DVDs is becoming very fun and challenging. I'm pretty much sore all the time. Good thing I've got the P90X Recovery Drink.

It’s been a while since I stopped by your site, Brad. Nice results. Your arms, chest, and abs have awesome cuts. It shows how hard you work and how well Beachbody fitness programs work!
