Monday (12/28/09) – Day Off

Tuesday (12/29/09) – Day Off

Wednesday (12/30/09) – P90X Chest and Back – I did 27 total pull ups and chin ups along with 190 push ups. Last week I did 26 pull ups and 218 push ups. For the other workouts like heavy pants I increased the weight I used from 25 to 40 pounds. This tired me out for the rest of the push ups. During the workout I had to take a 10 minute break. When I got back to it my arms were dead. This 10 minutes really set me back.

Thursday (12/31/09) – Insanity Pure Cardio

Friday (1/1/10) – Day Off – Happy New Year

Saturday (1/2/10) – Day Off

Sunday (1/3/09) – Day Off

What a lackluster week of working out. I injured my knee doing a Insanity workout routine on Thursday. I must of tweeked it doing something as it hurt to walk until Sunday. It felt good to take a couple days off but man did I do a lot of eating. There is a reason why I don’t keep 3/4 of the food I ate over the past two weeks at the house. They are all too good. I have a lot of work to do over the next week to burn the calories off I put on.
