Monday (12/21/09) – Day Off

Tuesday (12/22/09) – P90X Legs & Back w/ Ab Ripper X – Did 61 total pull ups and chin ups. This is 3 more then I did last week.

Wednesday (12/23/09) – P90X Yoga X – First time doing yoga in awhile and did it show. To make it a little harder I now do 2 push ups after each “Vinyasa.”

Thursday (12/24/09) – Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance – Struggled with some of the push up moves. Might have been a little bit tired from the additional push ups I did with Yoga the day before.

Friday (12/25/09) – Day Off – Merry Christmas

Saturday (12/26/09) – Brazil Butt Lift Cardio Axe – This was my first time doing Brazil Butt Lift. My girlfriend had started it and asked me to workout with her. This workout was a little bit too much choreography for me and less about working out. I was always a step behind. The “Tummy Tuck” ab workout which followed the workout was very good.

Sunday (12/27/09) – Day Off

I have a lot of work ahead of me next week. I ate and drank so much over Christmas weekend. My stomach feels jiggly from all of it. Might have to go into over drive to get all of these calories burned.
