Workout Routines For 11-30-09 To 12-6-09
Monday (11/30/09) - Insanity Max Interval Circuit
Tuesday (12/1/09) - P90X Chest and Back w/Ab Ripper X - Was the first time doing this workout in quite sometime. While I did well with the push ups I struggled with the pull ups. The most wide grip pull ups I could do was 4 and the most I have ever done is 12.
Wednesday (12/2/09) - Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Thursday (12/3/09) - P90X Shoulders and Arms w/Ab Ripper X
Friday (12/4/09) - Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance - Almost made it through the entire workout without having to take small breaks.
Saturday (12/5/09) - Day Off
Sunday (12/6/09) - Day Off
I am mixing in P90X and Insanity workouts more often. It was kind of a let down to only be able to do about half as many pull ups as I could do last time. Its probably because its been a couple months since I have used the pull up bar in the first place. Ab Ripper X was a little tough also as its been sometime since last doing it. I was pretty much sore the entire week.
