Workout Routines For 11-23-09 To 11-29-09

Monday (11/23/09) – P90X Yoga X – First time doing yoga in quite some time. Most of my flexibility is there but I can feel how some of it is gone.

Tuesday (11/24/09) – Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance

Wednesday (11/25/09) – Insanity Max Cardio and Conditioning

Thursday (11/26/09) – Day Off - Thanksgiving – Watched my Detroit Lions lose again. Why do I keep on going to their games?

Friday (11/27/09) – Insanity Pure Cardio – Tried to burn off most of the food and beer I had from the day before but it was hard. I could feel all of it moving around in my belly.

Saturday (11/28/09) – Day Off

Sunday (11/29/09) – Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit – Did my best to do this Insanity workout routine. All of the crap I ate and drank over the past couple of days caught up to me.

While it seems like I had a decent week of working out I know I did not. I woke up tuesday and felt tightness in my back. When I tried doing Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance my back was hurting causing me to only finish about 15 minutes of the workout. I think it was from doing P90X Yoga X on Monday. Must of pinched a nerve. The same thing happened on Wednesday. I made it for 10 minutes and my lower back was screaming. I had to get the heat pad out.

So when I needed those workouts to be really good to burn off some calories for the upcoming days festivities they were not. As I sit here and write this I feel like I lost two weeks of working out over 4 days of wilding out. I guess that’s life. Need to get extreme this upcoming week.
