Workout Routines For 1-25-10 to 1-31-10
Monday (1/25/10) - Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance
Tuesday (1/26/10) - P90X Back & Biceps I've been lifting heavier lately with less reps. It really tires me out and I could only do 29 total pull ups throughout the entire workout.
Wednesday (1/27/10) - Run 4 Miles & Swim 50 Lengths (.71 miles) & Skiing at Mt. Holly. - Felt great going from the treadmill to the pool. Got in a couple hours of skiing at night in preparation for the ski trip to Park City next month. It was the first time in awhile where I literally did 6 hours of activity. The running and swimming woke up my body and I had tons of energy to ski with.
Thursday (1/28/10) - P90X Kenpo X - Its been sometime since doing Kenpo but I needed a change of pace. My back was sore the next morning from all of the punches being thrown.
Friday (1/29/10) - Run 4 Miles & Swim 50 Lengths (.71 miles) - The pool was a little bit harder today as my back was tight from Kenpo and I set the treadmill on a hill course at 6.7 mph for the first 2 miles and then 7 mph for the last 2 and at 7.5 mph for the last .5 mile.
Saturday (1/30/10) - Day off
Sunday (1/31/10) - Day off
It was a successful week of working out. The swimming and running was a great workout and my back, abs, and shoulders were very sore over the weekend. Its a good thing as it tells me I was getting at it. I'm going to keep doing the running and swimming twice a week while mixing it in with other P90X and Insanity workouts.
