Monday (9/21/09) Insanity Max Interval Plyo -Struggled to get through the entire workout again. This workout is a killer.
Tuesday (9/22/09) Day Off
Wednesday (9/23/09) Running – Went for a 5 mile run. Its been awhile since I got out and hit the pavement. Felt good. No softball this week.
Thursday (9/24/09) Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning – Barely finished. Was sweating every where.
Friday (9/25/09) Running – 3 Mile Run – My legs were sore from the 5 mile run and the Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning workout. Stretched them out a little with a nice run.
Saturday (9/26/09) P90X Chest and Back – Was in the mood to do some pull ups and push ups. Took a break from the Insanity workout and went back to P90X for a day.
Sunday (9/27/09) Day Off – Watched the Detroit Lions win their first football game in two years with my dad. They beat the Washington Redskins 19-14. About time Lions.
I felt sluggish this whole week and was not in the mood to workout at all. It affected every thing else I did. It was just one of those weeks.
