Monday (9/14/09) Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning – This was my first time doing this workout. It was pretty tough. I had to take multiple breaks.
Tuesday (9/15/09) Insanity Max Recovery – There is no recovery with Insanity. While there was not that much moving around the exercises are still tough.
Wednesday (9/16/09) Triple Header Softball Games – Did not workout during the day because of the 3 games we had to play at night. Kind of wish I did as I played poorly. Did not hit the ball all that well and made two errors in the field. We won 2 out of the 3 games. During the last game I took a ball off the knee and it hurt like hell.
Thursday (9/17/09) Insanity Max Interval Circuit – Started to workout and my knee started acting up from the ball that hit me last night. I made it about 10 minutes and had to stop.
Friday (9/18/09) Day Off – Knee was still acting up and figured it would be better to rest it then push it.
Saturday (9/19/09) Insanity Max Interval Circuit – Picked up right where I left off and did the whole workout.
Sunday (9/20/09) Day Off – Relaxed and watched football.
The Insanity workout routine is kicking my butt. I have not been able to finish a whole workout yet. I think its because the workouts now are almost an hour long and not 45 minutes like the first 30 days. Even though I am not finishing the workouts I do feel that I am getting stronger and faster.
On the down side of things I ate out on friday and had Chinese food on sunday. Neither of the things I had to eat are on the Insanity Elite Nutrition Plan. The fried food sat in my belly all day.
