Workout Review For 8-24-09 To 8-30-09
Monday (8/24/09) - Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit - Getting much better at this routine. Still could not finish it yet but I can feel it in my legs and abs.
Tuesday (8/25/09) - Insanity Cardio Recovery - The title to this one is tricky. It sounds like it should be easy but I always sweat when I do this.
Wednesday (8/26/09) - Insanity Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs - Kind of had an off day. The energy was not there.
Thursday (8/27/09) - Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit - My last workout before my second fit test. I gave it all I could and did very well.
Friday (8/28/09) - Insanity Fit Test # 2 - I did so much better than my first Insanity Fit Test. I did 15% - 20% better on all of the exercises. I hit my end goals for almost all of the moves and I'm only half way completed with Insanity.
Saturday (8/29/09) - Insanity Core Cardio & Balance - This started my recovery week with Insanity. While this workout was not intense I still managed to build up a sweat. It reminded me a little of P90X Yoga X.
Sunday (8/30/09) - 2 Mile Run - Got up in the morning and felt like going for a run. While I did not keep the time I know I ran it 2 minutes faster than my normal time. All of these Insanity workouts are really doing a good job of strengthening my legs.
This was probably one of my best weeks of working out in awhile. I worked out every day and have been sticking to the Insanity Elite Nutrition Plan. On top of that I made it two weeks without having one beer. We went to the Polish Festival in Wyandotte during the day (I'm Polish) and a friend of mine had a party at night. They were serving Okocim Beer and pierogies at the festival and I could not turn either down as they reminded me of when I went to Krakow, Poland a couple years ago. Have to live a little.
With following the Insanity Elite Nutrition Plan and the Insanity workout program I have been able to drop 2% body fat. Changing up just a couple small things has made a big difference. In other news, my Beachbody Coach business continues to grow. I made it to Diamond Coach last week. I am pumped about this as now I just need to keep on helping other people get promoted and stay on top of my workouts.
