Monday (11/9/09) – Insanity Max Interval Circuit – Only finished half of the workout as my knee was hurting.
Tuesday (11/10/09) – Insanity Max Interval Circuit – Came back and redid the entire workout to make up for my lackluster workout the day before.
Wednesday (11/11/09) – Power 90 Sculpt Phase 3-4 – Did not feel like doing a hour and fifteen minutes of P90X or Insanity at all today so I went with the Power 90 workout. It was a good change of pace for the day. I enjoy the 40 minute workout and the Ab Ripper 200 at the end always gets me.
Thursday (11/12/09) – Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance – This is becoming my favorite Insanity workout. Its only 45 minutes long and I feel like I get a lot out of it compared to other workouts with Insanity.
Friday (11/13/09) – 8 Mile Run – A friend of mine asked me if I wanted to take a break from all of the P90X and Insanity I do and instead go for a long run to help him train for the Orlando Marathon in January. It has been almost two years since I had ran anything farther than 5 miles so I was a little nervous taking on such a distance with no prior training. I run maybe 4 miles a week while doing my workouts. I was pleasantly surprised when I finished all 8 miles without huffing and puffing or stopping to take a break to catch my breath. My friend was surprised to because he runs about 25- 30 miles a week and said we were running at a 8 minute and 30 second pace which is about 45 seconds faster then his normal stride. When we got back I had a glass of P90X recovery drink and went to bed. The only thing that hurt the next morning were my knees. My legs felt great with just a little bit of soreness. I think all of the exercises I do with Insanity have really strengthened them up to be able to carry me farther than what I think I can do.
Saturday (11/14/09) – Day Off – Was at a Business / Franchise expo talking about the Beachbody Coach opportunity.
Sunday (11/15/09) – Day Off – Business / Franchise expo.

Wow! The last time I ran that far was about 9 years ago, hopefully I can get back to it, after doing P90X.
Hey Brad,
How did the expo go? Do we have any new coach prospects for the team? I can only imagine that it went really good. Let me know brother…
