Monday (10/5/09) Day Off
Tuesday (10/6/09) P90X Legs & Back – This was the first time in about 2 months that I did this workout. It gets me every time. I kind of felt a little bit unhappy as I could only do 55 total pull ups during the entire workout. The last time I did P90X Legs and Back I did 81. I’ve lost a lot of the muscle I had because of Insanity.
Wednesday (10/7/09) Insanity Cardio Recovery – Took it easy as I had a triple header softball game that night. We won all three games. I played decent. Went 10 for 14.
Thursday (10/8/09) Day Off – My legs were so sore from P90X Legs & Back along with the running from softball. I was reminded how much it hurt with every single step.
Friday (10/9/09) Day Off – Had too many things going on in the morning to get in a workout as I left to head up to my Alma maters homecoming festivities.
Saturday (10/10/09) Day Off – Tailgated and hung out with friends I have not seen in awhile. Watched my Central Michigan Chippewas beat up on Eastern Michigan 56-8.
Sunday (10/11/09) Day Off – Recovered from a day full of rage.
Homecoming was a lot of fun. It was cool to see some of my friends who started doing P90X and the results they had. Nate - Ripped Body, Chris – Hot Body Workout, and Brad – Already Fit, were talking it up to all of our other friends. I think I created a monster.
I have a lot of work ahead of me this week as I did not do that much exercising. I leave this upcoming friday for the game plan event where I get to meet Tony Horton and Chelene Johnson and want to be ready for whatever we do.
