Monday (10/26/09) Day Off

Tuesday (10/27/09) Insanity Max Recovery

Wednesday (10/28/09) P90X Back and Biceps – Was able to do 4 more pull ups than the previous time. Looks like my strength is starting to come back a little.

Thursday (10/29/09) Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning with Insane Abs – Both workouts are ridiculous and to top it off with Insane Abs makes this one of the hardest days of workouts with Insanity for me.

Friday (10/30/09) P90X Shoulders and Arms – Getting use to using a resistance band for the entire workout and its not that bad.

Saturday (10/31/09) Day Off – Was exhausted from wilding out at a Halloween Party from the night before and took it easy.

Sunday (11/1/09) Day Off – Raked about a million leaves.

Was able to mix in P90X and the Insanity workouts very effectively this week. I grabbed whatever P90X workout I wanted to do that day and followed the Insanity workout guide for the days I did Insanity.
