Monday (10/12/09) Day Off

Tuesday (10/13/09) P90X Chest Shoulder Triceps w/Ab Ripper X – First time doing it in awhile. Surprisingly I felt really good doing it and did more push ups then the last time. I think it is from doing all of the push ups with the Insanity workout routine.

Wednesday (10/14/09) Day Off

Thursday (10/15/09) P90X Back & Biceps w/Ab Ripper X- Was only able to do 35 total pull ups through out the workout. When I was doing P90X all the time I was able to hit 50 so I’m not that far away to getting back up there with my new found cardio strength. It was the first time I used resistance bands for the entire workout as my girlfriend is using the Bowflex Selecttechs to do ChaLean Xtreme with at her friends house.

Chalene Johnson Turbo FireFriday (10/16/09) Turbo Fire – At the Beachbody Coach Game Plan Event we got a sneak peek of Chalene Johnson’s new Turbo Fire workout. It was pretty tough. Since I suck at anything involving choreography I was all over the place. Chalene moves so fast.

Tony Horton P90X Yoga XSaturday (10/17/09) P90X Yoga X – The highlight of the weekend for me was working out with Tony Horton. The setting was awesome. We were looking out over the Pacific Ocean doing Yoga. It was different working out with him right next to you instead of on the TV as you cannot do any cheat moves with him standing right over you. He did give me some props as he liked how  I was doing the “Crescent Pose” as my arms were as straight as they could be. Good job me. My legs, ass, and back were sore the rest of the day.

Sunday (10/18/09) Day Off – Flew home from the Game Plan Event in Dana Point, California.

Had an awesome week of workouts. It was the first time I had ever worked at with celebrity trainers. I saw first hand why their workout programs work so good. This whole being a Beachbody Coach has been a fun and crazy ride.
