I&#039;m only on Day 1 and tomorrow I&#039;ll be doing the plyometrics. I&#039;m planning on getting up before school in the morning and doing the workout, but will this effect the rest of my day in a major way? If I do plyometrics in the morning am I barely going to be able to walk around for the rest of the day not because of pain but just being weak after the workout?
