1. The P90X DVDs - Comes with all of the workouts, a workout plan, and the nutrition guide.
2. P90X Pull Up Bar - You will be using this in 3 of the P90X DVDs - Very important to have.
3. Resistance bands or dumbbells - If you have one or the other than you should be okay. If you are looking for a great set of dumbbells I highly recommend the Bowflex Selecttech 552 Dumbbells. Beachbody does not make them so you will have to make a separate order for them.
