What Are Acai Berries
Over the past couple days I have been seeing a lot more ads about acai berries. Curious to find out what the heck acai berries are I went on a hunt to get as much info I could about them and this is what I found.
The Acai Berry is a black and purplish looking berry. It grows in Brazil and has been used by the natives for a long time. The Acai Berry is supposed to have 10 times the amount of antioxidant benefits of grapes and about twice as much as blueberries.
OK great, so what else. There has to be more benefits than just antioxidants. Back on to my search. Here are some more benefits of the Acai Berry.
- Boosts Energy Levels
- Helps With Your Digestion System
- Helps You Stay Focus
- Sleep Better
- Lots Of Fiber
- Boosts Your Immune System
- Does Not Like Cancer Cells
- Cleanses Infectious Toxins
- More SEXUAL Desire - Come On Really?
- Keeps Your Skin Looking Younger And Healthy

- Improves Physical Strength
- Supports Weight Loss
- Has The Good Omega Fats
- Amino Acids

- Antioxidants
- Protein
- Vitamins A, B1, And E
That is quite a list. These are all of the benefits of the Acai berry I could find and to think it could provide that many benefits seems like a lot. Some of them seem far fetched. Lets assume if the Acai Berry could do just half of those that it would make it a good product.
After further reading it looks like the Acai Berry is becoming popular because it is being involved with alternative care. We all know how expensive health care is so anything people can do to stay away from the Dr's is a good thing. The Acai Berry grows in the Amazon rain forest and has been around for centuries. It grows in large palm trees in thick forests.
So How Do You Eat Or Drink The Acai Berry?
The acai is used in anything from drinks to shakes and with breakfast and bars. The Brazilians have been known to use the Acai Berry to marinate their meats in it. Weirdly though, it is not recommended to eat the Acai Berry directly. They berries need to be processed into a pulp.
Any Side Effects?
I could not find anything that said the Acai Berry has any side effects.
I don't use that many supplements and have not had that much success with them. I usually stick to muscle drinks. Since I am usually hesitant to buy anything because I feel like a good old workout will help me stay healthy I probably would not buy the Acai Berry unless it was a good deal and I was able to find one. The offer I found will give you a one months supply of Acai Berry and all you have to pay for is the shipping and handling ($4.95) and then you can cancel at anytime. I guess I'll give it a shot.
