Weekly Workouts For 5-11-09 To 5-17-09

Monday (5/11/09) P90X Kenpo X

Tuesday (5/12/09) P90X Legs & Back w/ Ab Ripper X

Wednesday (5/13/09) Did not workout as it was softball night. Unfortunately it was rained out. On a side note, it was my 29th Birthday!!

Thursday (5/14/09) P90X Core Synergistics

Friday ( 5/15/09) Day Off

Saturday (5/16/09) Day Off

Sunday (5/17/09) Went Golfing

I completed the first phase of P90X this past week. That is why the last couple of days did not involve doing all that much as it was leading up into a couple days of rest. I was pumped when I did P90X Legs and Back as I did 81 total chin ups. This is one short of my previous chin up record.

It has been some time since I did Core Synergistics. It was a little tougher than what I remembered. My abs did feel tight the next day which is a good thing.

Yup, I am 29 now. Feeling pretty good. Can't complain about anything right now as I have been working and learning as much as I can about being self employed. My Beachbody Coach business is growing every week and other things outside of it are doing well. One of the guys on my softball team was joking around and said I had to party my ass off for the last year of my twenties. 

Golf game feels pretty good. For my first time out this year, my buddy and I went to Chandler Park Golf Course in Detroit. The courses in the D are very well priced at $27 for 18 holes and a cart. I shot a 86 for a par 71 course. Somehow I dropped in 3 birdies on the front 9. The short game was on.

For next week I will be starting Phase 2 of P90X and hope to get in some running. My knee is still hurting from when my brother hit me with a line drive at our softball game two weeks ago. Once it goes away I will get a couple miles in.
