Looks like I did a lot of running this week. Felt good to get 9 miles in. I came up short of my 15 mile goal for the week. Found a nice new route to take from my house in Royal Oak where I go into downtown and loop back to my house. It is a perfect square mile. I did do a couple sets of push ups and pull ups after going for my runs but nothing to consider a workout. I needed to do something for the upper body and figured I would throw in a quick hundred push ups and 20 pull ups. This upcoming week will focus more on the P90X workouts.
My four mile run went over very well. All of the leg workouts like plyometrics made a big difference. When I finished the run I had barely broke a sweat and my legs felt great. If I did not have to get ready to go out I could have probably done another 2 miles.
