Its been awhile since I only worked out 4 days in one week. I know its still pretty good but it was not as good as last week. I am doing my best to stick with the Power 90 workout. The Sculpt and Sweat Phase 3-4 are very good workouts but I feel like I am beyond what they are doing. There is a lot of variety with each dvd but I now know why P90X is that much more popular than Power 90. With Power 90 there are 3 dvds with 2 workouts each totaling 6 different workouts. P90X has 12 different workouts that are 15 minutes longer than Power 90 and introduce more exercises that work on specific muscles and not a general body workout.
Dad is doing ok but his eating is kind of pissing me off. We met up to do the Power 90 Sweat Phase 3-4 and he decided to eat a hamburger and fries before we worked out so he could have some "energy." I don't get this logic. A apple or banana would have been better instead of fries and a burger. The body just cannot process that type of food before a workout. Maybe after it could with the metabolism being high. Then I learned from mom that he had ice cream 3 times this week.
He does have quite the sweet tooth but without a change in his diet all of this working out is not going to get him in the kind of shape he wants to be in. Him and mom have a copy of the nutrition plan and know how to cook healthy meals but its just a matter of changing habits. I might need to go through the fridge and the drawers and throw all of the junk food out.
I put up another video of me on YouTube showing people what the P90X Legs and Back workout looks like. I am pretty happy with how it turned out and am getting use to the editing program on my computer. It even received a few comments and over a hundred views in the first couple of days. I am not sure what one I will do next but I enjoy showing people what they can expect from P90X and how awesome it is.

My name is Brad Gibala. In 2007 I was introduced to P90X by a friend training for the Marines. I didn't know it at the time but that moment changed my life. Since then I've become a full time

Yes the “honey buns, ho ho’s and fudge brownies” definitely need to go, for your mom’s sake too. You should put up a sign on the sweets cupboard that says “i can hear you getting fatter, eat an apple instead.”
