Four days of working out usually sounds like a good week but I don't feel so good about it. For some reason I feel like I did not push myself or something. It might also be that since I am living in a new house that I am just getting use to my new surroundings and need to get into a new routine.
One thing is for certain. My eating has not been that good. I have had pizza 4 times in the past week and a half. I would have to go back to when I was in college to even remember the last time I had pizza that many times in a month. It's mainly because we needed to get something quick with all of the painting and unpacking boxes going on. It just seems like on those days you really do not want to cook and stop getting work done around the house so getting something quick is the best way to go. Once we get everything done I am confident that we will not have as many quick dinners. Funny thing is that the pizza place around the corner from my house is owned by my best friends cousins. I have a feeling they will give me a "hook up" now and then but I am trying my best to stay away from pizza as I love it and will eat 6 slices every time its around. My goal this week is to do P90X 5 times. Should be no problem as I need to start getting ready for softball season to start.
In other news. My website got some recognition last week on two very popular websites that I follow. Mark at the Niche Store Builder wrote a article about me and Carl Ocab let me write a guest post on his. Both resulted in people asking me about the Beachbody Coach program. It was the first time my site was featured on high traffic sites. Very cool.
