Weekly Workouts For 3-16-09 to 3-22-09

Monday (3/16/09)  P90X Chest And Back

Tuesday (3/17/09) Ran 3 Miles And Swam 1 Mile - Yes, I worked out on St. Patty's Day.

Wednesday (3/18/09) Day Off

Thursday (3/19/09) Power 90 Sculpt Phase 3-4

Friday (3/20/09) Swam 1 Mile

Saturday (3/21/09) Day Off

Sunday (3/22/09) Day Off

Worked out 4 days this past week. I went to the gym twice this week to get into the pool. I will be moving this upcoming week and it looks like I will be cancelling my membership. The only reason why I keep it is because of the pool. Swimming is one of my favorite workouts as it is a all body exercise.

The gym will be a little too far away and the city I am moving to has a lot of the things I do for fun already there. I am willing to pass on the $59 a month gym membership to save almost $500 and give up my car. My lease will be up on my Ford Fusion and it looks like I will be turning it in and getting...nothing! The lease payment is $294 and car insurance is $101 a month. Since I started working from home full time my car might get 80 miles on it a week and 50 of those are driving to my girl friends house. With us living together now I will only need it for 30 miles a week. Does not make sense to get one, especially with summer around the corner and I can ride my bike every where now. I'll keep you posted.

Dad and I did Power 90 this week. His eating is still crappy at best, but he says he enjoys doing the workouts. He did Chest , Shoulders, and Triceps with my brother one night. My bro was having a ball with him.

I took a video of myself doing the P90X Chest and Back workout. My energy level was low that day and it was not my best showing. It did get a number of views over the week and I even had a couple people contact me asking me about P90X.
