I played in two seasons. One started back in April and ended in August and the other was a quick 6 week fall league. The first team I played on was a solid team. We played 24 regular season games winning 19 of them. We ended up losing in the playoffs to a team that brought in a “hot bat.” It really pissed us off because we played this team six times and none of them hit a ball over our outfielders heads. Then we get to the playoffs and half of them hit the ball to fence. We noticed that they were all using the same bat. We challenged the bat but it was not on the list of illegal bats because it was a new model. It was a bunch of crap to say the least. We finished in second using the same guys the whole season. This same team brought in 4 “ringers” for the playoffs. The league we play on does not do a good job of checking id’s or rosters. During the fall league we finished in second in the regular season and in the playoffs. The team we lost to was better than us. They beat us in the regular season and playoffs straight up. It was a fun year of playing softball. Our team was solid up and down and the guys were easy to get a long with.

One of my goals for this year was to hit a home run over the fence. The field I play at is 330 feet down the lines and 390″ dead center. Its not a small field by any means. We also play with the “Gold Dot” softballs. They are a little softer than the “Red Dot” softballs so they do not travel as far.

Growing up I was never a power hitter. My dad always told me to hit up the middle in softball and to just get the bat on it in baseball. Hitting up the middle is not such a good idea in our leagues. Its a unspoken rule that you do not hit it anywhere near the pitcher. Even in our league there where some choice words passed along when a pitcher was hit. Of course nobody wants to hit the pitcher but with a softball being so easy to place you just don’t do it.

One thing I learned how to do at the end of softball last year was to pull the ball. My main goal before was to hit ground balls between the infielders and just get on base. If I could get a double, then great but I knew my team needed me on base.

When I started doing P90X last winter I never expected to put on 10 pounds of muscle. My biceps, shoulders, legs and back started to develop very quickly. All of this muscle was going to help me drive the ball this up coming softball season.

Going into the spring season it took me a couple weeks to get my swing together. Even though I was in pretty good shape I was still a bit rusty. My hits were my normal singles and occasional doubles. Nothing fancy but sound hitting. After 2 months of playing I started loosening up a little bit and decided one day to start pulling the ball down the line. What I did next opened up my eyes to how much stronger I really was. The ball I hit went right down the left field line and hit the fence staying fair by about 4 feet. Another 3 more feet in the air and it was gone. I got a triple out of it and was amazed. My teammates were even more surprised than I was. During those two months I had not even hit one over a outfielders head and now I crush one. This gave me a lot of confidence to keep on swinging for the fences. During the first season I hit the fence 3 more times and rolled about 4 more to the fence. What I noticed was now the outfielders were backing up about 15 feet from where they stood the first time I came up. Sometimes I knew it was not worth trying to hit a home run because if I did not hit it out then it was going to be long fly ball and more than likely would be caught on the warning track. What I did now was hit line drives over the short stops head into the gap. I am fast enough to leg this into a double every time. The outfielders had to respect the long ball so by backing up they gave me more room to hit lasers at them. Since they were playing so deep there was no way they would catch me by the time they field the ball. So I pretty much would get one chance a game at hitting a home run. If it didn’t go over then at least I could help me team by hitting what would have been singles into doubles.

The fall season was more of the same. I still kept on doing P90X. My swing was still on. With the air getting a little bit colder the ball was like hitting a rock. I live in Michigan in case you didn’t know. Going through this fall season I kept on getting close. More deep hits landing on the warning track, rolling on the warning track, but nothing over. One time I hit one down the line and the wind blew it foul by about 5 feet and it went over. Needless to say, but I was disappointed. If it was fair it was still gone. Playoffs came around and last Wednesday was cold as hell. It was a single elimination playoff format. Three games had to be won that night. Two more triples again for me with one single. Not bad. Both triples went down the line and off the fence. We won. On to game two. Another two triple game with a double and a single. I hit the ball very well in both games. Its like that damn 330 foot fence was just taunting me all year. We made the championship game but it started at 9:55pm. It was 30 degrees out. Definitely the coldest game I have ever played softball in. Our team had a one hour break between games where we stood inside to keep warm. Bad idea. When it was our time to play our bodies were not ready to get cold again. We came out flat and stunk it up. We were mercied. Since I bat near the end of the lineup I only got one at bat. What really sucked was that I was pissed we were playing so bad that I was ready to just crush one. The left fielder was playing me shallow so I had a feeling I could at least get it over his head. I crushed this ball. When I rounded first the ball was still in the air and watching it start to come down. After rounding second I saw it hit the bottom of the fence. Since it was not down the line the ball traveled 340 feet and needed to go 342 to go out. I did get a inside the park home run (about time). It was my first inside the park home run where there where no errors involved. My teammates said the ball looked like it was going out but the wind was blowing in and it knocked the ball down. At least I did get one home run but I really wanted one to go out.

<a

I went from being able to hit 290 foot pop ups to 340 foot bombs. Since my goal was to hit a home run I spent more time trying to bulk up than working on my cardio. I’m not slow by any means but I know next year I need to work on my sprinting. Maybe some of those triples I hit would have been home runs if I was a half a step faster. My fielding was great. My arm was much stronger than previous years and my range from doing P90X Plyometrics helped my lateral movements playing second base. If you play softball and are looking for a great <a

Makes sense to sign up. It costs $2.99 a week and with it you get customized meal plans, advice from personal trainers like Tony Horton, fitness tools, and recipes. You do need to pay for it upfront. The club membership has a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you do not like it then cancel and get a full refund while keeping everything you bought with your 10% discount.

Buy P90X With A 25% Discount

The best way to buy P90X is to sign up as a coach first and then buy P90X. Its kind of like being a “VIP” with Beachbody. You get 25% off all Beachbody products including P90X and a 50% discount on shipping. The second is that you get your own website from Beachbody where you can promote their products and earn money. There is nothing required of you when you sign up. I’d say about 90% of people who sign up do it for the discounts alone. Beachbody started the Coach program because many people who did buy P90X or other programs would get questions from friends, family members, co-workers, etc about how they are getting into such great shape. Instead of sending your friends to Beachbody to buy P90X you can now send them to your personalized site and earn a 25% commission on whatever they order. I am a Coach and apart of the Club.

Edit – 7-23-10 You might have seen other websites out there selling P90X for less then the $119.85. You need to be aware that there are a lot of scams going on out there and people are getting ripped off. All of the links on this site send you to the real products. Better to buy P90X from the real site instead of gambling on a fake site and not getting anything.

How the Coach program works is you pay a one time fee of $39.95 to get started. This covers them setting up your website and your Coaches packet. After the first month there is a $14.95 monthly cost to stay in the program and you can cancel at anytime. Beachbody handles all the orders, shipping, customer service, and pay you weekly. If you decide in the first 30 days that you want to quit, you can return the materials they sent you and get your $39.95 refunded minus shipping fees.

You are probably saying right now that you don’t want to pay $39.95 to get started or the $14.95 a month and I understand. I was skeptical at first to. Then I thought about a couple things. My last gym membership had a $200 enrollment fee and was $59 a month. It was a nice gym so it might seem high. My problem was that I would get bored and it was because I was not an expert in physical fitness. The gym did offer personal trainers for $80 a session. That’s for one time, not for a month. I never hired one because it was too expensive. Without knowing any better I could never get out of the same workout routine. Then I decided to buy P90X after a friend recommended it to me. Not only did I get great results but I learned about fitness.

Beachbody has six 90 day workout programs getting people great results right now with more coming. You are buying a personal trainer like Tony Horton for $89 for 3 months (or longer) instead of for one day. You will no longer need the gym membership and if you think about it you are coming out ahead with your discount when you sign up to be a <a

The cardio workouts do not call for any weights to be used during the workout so you do not need them.

You will get a very intense workout using the resistance bands. You might not get the full range of a workout as what you would do with a set of dumbbells but you can expect to really work your muscles out. I use the resistance bands for some exercises more than others mainly because I just cannot use the dumbbells at all. I have a kink in one of my shoulders and when asked to do arm curls in a squat position I just struggle to do it. My form gets very messy and I really get no benefit to the exercise. I then added the resistance bands and it makes it a little easier to control while still giving my biceps a good workout. There have even been times where I just have nothing left in me and the dumbbells are going to be too much regardless of what weight I use. So I bring out the resistance bands and use those instead.

Can I Use The Resistance Bands For Something Else Than Bicep Curls?

If you struggle doing pull ups and chin ups when doing P90X you can use the resistance bands to simulate the motion you would do when doing a pull up. Even when you watch the P90X DVDs you can see the people in them do this. They will wrap the resistance bands around the P90X pull up bar so its as tight as they like. Then they do the workout as if they were doing pull ups. If you do not struggle doing pull ups but just cannot seem to do anymore in a set anymore, try this. Do as many pull ups as you can during the one minute or so the routine is doing. Then when you can’t do anymore drop off the bar and wrap the resistance bands around the P90X pull up bar and get in another 5 or 6 reps in that way. This should really burn up your muscles and start conditioning them for extra gains. I did a P90X review of when I started adding the resistance bands after I could not do any more pull ups and my numbers told me that I had a 8% increase in all of my P90X results. If you are serious about getting in shape with P90X you should get a set of <a

It is a lot of fun knowing that you can walk up to the tee box and out drive your friends by 10, 15, or 30 yards. It lets everybody know that you are a serious golfer. What you do from your second shot to the cup is a different story.

Our society nowadays has put so much emphasis on getting the right equipment to get you that extra yardage off the tee. We of course are sold on the idea of dropping $300 on a new driver and paying $30 for a dozen Titelist Pro V1 Golf Balls. I am not going to say that the technology does not help. I for one love the Taylor Made R5 Draw Driver I picked up a couple years and noticed better control and a 10 yard gain off the tee.

The reality is that spending $300 on one new club and $25 for a new set of balls is not practical for the person who golfs even once a week. A new club is not going to solve the problem of not hitting farther, losing energy through the round, or feeling stiff with your swing. The problem comes back to the operator. Its not the clubs it’s you. If you do not spend time working on you then the latest and greatest $300 golf club is not going to solve anything. This is where the P90X workout comes in.

When I started doing P90X I was a decent golfer. My handicap hovered in the 13-18 range for 18 holes. There was not a part of a game that was better than others. My average drives were around 230 yards. While doing P90X I could feel my body getting stronger in areas that I previously never worked out like my back, legs, shoulders, and core muscles. Core muscles are not just abs, they are the area from your knee caps to your chest. Of course all of those muscles are the major muscle groups used in a golf swing.

The pull ups, chin ups, push ups, lunges, ab workouts, yoga, and more challenged my body like it has never done before. My favorite one was the P90X Legs and Back DVD. Not only could I feel the results I could see them. The best part was about to come. I live in Michigan and you can only golf from maybe late March til November. I started P90X in late January 2008. Golf was not on my mind yet. All I did was put in a different P90X DVD six days a week and went about my business.

Then came my first time out at the course with my brother. Our fraternity from college has a spring golf outing at the Pohlcat in Mount Pleasant, MI. I was excited to see some old friends and ready for a good time. The good times started at the first tee. It was my time to tee off with my new found P90X strength. I pushed it a little harder the week leading up to it because there was some pride involved with the day. I absolutely crushed that drive. The sound it made leaving the club left a ringing sound in my ear. It cleared the bunker down the left hand side of the fairway which is 279 to carry it. Click Here To Verify Hole #1. I was amazed and my brother was shocked. It was by far the farthest I have ever hit a golf ball. The rest of the day was more of the same. In the 90 days leading up to the outing I was able to gain enough muscle to put 50 yards on my drive with the same club I had the summer before. Yes, 50 yards. Thanks to the P90X workout.

What I remembered the most about that day and now with every time I go golfing is the second shot. Instead of hitting a 4-6 iron on a 440 yard Par 4 for my second shot I am now taking a 7-9 iron. Like most people, those are my money clubs. I can pretty much hit those with my eyes closed and know that its going to be accurate. The distance has transferred to my irons and fairway woods giving me the opportunity to “go for it” sometimes but more importantly giving me the confidence to know that I can at least get it there.

This is one of those times when you say “I wish I would have done this when I was younger” because I played golf for my high school and who knows where it would of taken me if I was in better shape. My scores have dropped by about 7 shots for 18 holes just because of my ability to hit the long ball now. I’m not going to lie, if I think I can get it there I am going to try. Never had the power before to do it. Accuracy is still something I need to work on as it still is a game of being consistent. Over a season I probably golf 15 times which is not a lot. To see that my scores have dropped by 7 strokes on average without practicing is pretty good. If there was more time to spend at the driving range working on other things besides hitting the crap out of the ball I might think about getting into tournaments again. Then all I really need to do is get my new yardages down with each club.

My point is this. Technology is great but its not the end all cure. Your body is the answer. My golf game has improved dramatically by doing the P90X workout. With it being a total body program it has helped in all areas. As most people know, a good golf swing is about being consistent and balanced. Then you tweak it from there with practice. Don’t spend a ton of money on new clubs every other year when you should be making a investment in your body. Get started with the P90X workout and your golf game will improve.

All that you need to do the P90X workout is a pull up bar, resistance bands or dumbbells, and the P90X DVDs. You can buy them at the <a

It’s what I do and it’s worth it.

If the price for the P90X workout is more than you are willing to spend then I suggest doing two quick things. title="P90X" href="http://workoutjourney.com" target="_blank">I just got done with a 5 mile run this morning and decided to run because I had still been sore from doing P90X Chest Shoulders and Triceps last Friday. Yup, 3 days later I am still hurting. It has been awhile since I have been this sore. I have not done the P90X Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps video in about a month so this is probably a reason why I feel the way I do. I was still able to do the workout last Friday and actually did it better than what I normally do in regards to amount of reps.

My arms and chest felt like blocks over the past couple of days and have been very tight. It really surprised me that I feel this way because of all of the swimming I have been doing. I figured that since I was using pretty much the same muscles that I should be okay. I was wrong. I felt really strong but like I said it hurt to do anything. Even worse than not being able to move your upper body to really do anything I had a make-up softball game last night. We play double headers too so I had to make it through both games.

I usually pay short stop, second base, or one of the outfields on my softball team, all which require a good amount of throwing. Needless to say I requested to play second base last night. I could muster up enough strength to at least be able to field the ball and get it over to first in time. Picking up the softball bat was another thing. It hurt so much to swing and I lost all of the flexibility I normally have. This resulted in less bat speed and a stiffer swing. Usually I get my arms out pretty far and I can turn into the ball. Not last night. I was still able to get the ball into the outfield with some speed behind it, but nothing like the deep blasts I had last week. Maybe this week I’ll be able to swing for the fences because hopefully by that time I will be heeled up.

Every time I do the P90X Chest Shoulders and Triceps workout I know I’m going to get a workout. I think it is one of the hardest P90X workouts along with Plyometrics. You spend so much time beating up your upper body with push ups and straight arm workouts holding weights that if done correctly you will see your P90X results. It was the first time ever that I understand how guys with big bulky arms must feel. I felt like a machine with my softball swing because my arms had no flex. I probably should have stretched a little more over the past couple days to make the pain go away but know I know that I cannot take a month off from doing chest, shoulders, and triceps with P90X.
Post from: <a

I do a lot of different sports and activities to keep me busy. I play on a men’s softball league one night a week with my brother and a few friends. It’s a lot of fun and it gives us a chance to get out there and compete. As any guy knows that is out of college your options on playing competitive sports is kind of limited. Your options for the most part are all individual sports where you can enter into tournaments. Softball is one of the only sports old dudes can do without occupying a lot of free time.

Growing up I played baseball through high school and played intramural softball in college for the fraternity I was in. I never was a strong hitter mainly because I could never get into shape. I would say that my best hits were lasers up the middle or over the infielders head. I did by no means have even warning track power. If I got a hold of one it was going to land in the left fielders glove with him not even having to move. Yup, I was that weak.

Over the past 6 months with me doing the P90X workout I have really started to put on some muscle. I have been in shape for the most part from doing a lot of running but my strength was not there. What woke me up about the P90X routine was that it worked on muscles that I had never done before. I had always done chest and arm workouts like any guy would do, its an ego thing. It didn’t help because I still had small arms. Anyways, with P90X I was working on muscles like my back and shoulders and legs. These muscles I have neglected over the years and did not realize that a lot of your strength comes from those muscles. It’s not about your chest or biceps its about the muscles that connect to every thing else.

With all of this working out I have been doing with P90X I have developed some great back and shoulder muscles. I noticed it for the first time last night at my softball game. We had already played about 10 games this season when I was told that the bat I was using was basically dead and had no pop left in it. So I grabbed a newer softball bat and with my first swing I hit a line drive off the fence. It went foul which sucks. Missed the foul pole by two feet. My teammates were stunned with the new power. Some said it was the bat, but it wasn’t. It was from all of the P90X workouts I have been doing. I know it didn’t go fair but it still went 300 feet in the air. I know because it just missed the sign that says 300 feet. Funny thing is that I did the same thing two more times last night trying to hit one out. I officially now have warning track power. This is quite an improvement and if this was a commercial promoting the newest golf driver to come out saying it put 40 yards on my drive then P90X is what helped me do it.

To anybody who plays softball and wants to take their game to the next level I would highly recommend picking up the P90X DVD. Its only about an hour of working out and it will help you get into serious shape so you can continue to play softball for a long time and at a competitive level. When you look over your P90X results at the end of 90 days you will be happy that you gave yourself a chance to get in awesome shape. You will notice that your swing is faster and your speed around the base paths is much faster. I can’t say enough what P90X has done for my softball swing and my fitness in general.
Post from: <a

What it really is though is a commitment. Its kind of like that Marines commercial where “we don’t accept applications, we only accept commitments.” If you are not ready to embark on this journey to get into better shape than this is not going to workout for you. I’m going to cover to areas that affect people the most if they can’t finish the P90X workout. There is the time when you about half way through the P90X DVD and you are just exhausted and then there is the time when your life is just getting in the way.

P90X is a life changing workout. If you really get into this workout you will see the results and you will start to realize what your body is truly capable of. When you start out you will struggle with every move that Tony Horton throws at you. I mean who really does push ups and pull ups. I bet if you currently go to a gym and look at the pull up bar in the corner your not going to see anybody on it. The majority of people will be hanging out near the benches or the machines. After you do P90X you will realize that a lot of your muscle building will have to come from other types of workouts. The reason why most people don’t finish P90X is because they usually workout 3 days a week and P90X demands 6. This forces you to make another 3.5 hours a week available in your schedule for your fitness.

P90X Is Hard Because Most Of The Moves Are New To You

So lets say that you are getting started with the P90X Legs And Back DVD. The first leg routines are pretty tough. You are doing those lunges and it puts quite a strain on your knee because you have never done this before. You are able to make it through and now its your first time ever trying to do a chin up. Its pretty intimidating especially if you are doing this by yourself. Its always better to do P90X with a friend but if you must go by yourself just do your best. Get a chair to help you with getting use to the motion of doing a pull up. It might take you a month to do one without a chair and that is fine.

Taking Breaks With P90X Is Ok

Continue on with the DVD as far as you can go. Don’t feel bad if you have to press pause to catch your breath. The people on the P90X DVD are all in great shape and can keep up. You can’t right now. Most workouts not including the pull ups or chin ups you do anywhere from 8-15 reps if your using weights or 25 reps if its like lunges or squats. Just do as many as you can and with time you will be able to do the full set.

Doing Half Of A P90X Workout Is Better Than Doing Nothing At All

The biggest excuse people have when doing P90X is time as many have an all or nothing approach to P90X. They know its going to take a little over an hour to do and don’t want to get started unless they know they can finish. Life gets in the way and while its best to set aside a designated workout time every day with no distractions it is still hard to come by. At the same time its better to do 30 minutes of P90X, stop, and do Ab Ripper X then to do nothing at all. I would say that 30 minutes of P90X is the same as most people who go to the gym for 1.5 hours because of the pace that P90X goes at. Its better that you do something then nothing at all. You won’t get the ripped results as fast but who cares. Your body is moving and changing.

What If Your Very Out Of Shape And Overweight?

This goes back to the previous point. Do as much as you can and then stop. There are two ways to approach P90X and this also goes for people who are in shape. You can either play the entire P90X Workout DVD and do as much of each move as you can while maybe missing a exercise or two to catch your breath or you make it a goal to do each move in sequence while pausing and catching your breath until you just cannot do anymore leaving the rest of the workout to do at a future time. These are both things to take into consideration if time is going to be an issue. Personally, I recommend doing as many reps with good form in order, pausing, catching your breath, and only moving further into the workout as you get stronger. Mornings are usually the best time because nothing in your day has happened yet. It takes awhile to get use to waking up an 1.5 hours earlier but you will feel that much more energized through out your day.

There is no reason to ever give up on P90X. The people at Beachbody made this workout as efficient as possible to do from your home. Think about it this way. You would normally spend 15 minutes driving to and from the gym. Then spend another 5 minutes getting dressed. You think your working out for an hour but you only workout for about 35 minutes because you spend a lot of time waiting for the gym equipment to open up. So you spend about 1 hour and 35 minutes going to and from the gym for a 35 minute workout. With P90X you are getting 1 hour and 15 minutes of blood pumping good old fashioned working out in the comfort of your home. The P90X results will be showing in your body in no time by going this way. Its just, you and Tony Horton getting at it to get into the best shape of your life.
Post from: I had taken the last week off from doing any P90X workout. I had a couple of other things going on like being out on a friends boat over the weekend. I play softball on Wednesday nights and don’t like to do any cardio on those days to keep fresh and to not wear myself out. I know on my last post I spoke about the importance of running while doing P90X. Sometimes I get bored running. I have this 5 mile route that I do a lot and I do it once or twice a week. Well, ever since the canoeing trip a couple weeks ago I told myself I wanted to get back into swimming. Some of my friends that flipped over had all of our beer supply floating down the river and I David Hasselhoffed it in to save them. I was treading some serious water and was able to save about 15 beers.

Anyways it motivated me to get back in the pool because I was winded after doing that. I’m sure the 8 beers I already had in me was not helping out either, but it did motivate me. I will say that I still have a membership to a gym called Lifetime Fitness. Its actually one of the nicer gyms around. They have 3 pools, basketball courts, aerobic studios, weights, cardio machines, sauna, huge hot tubs and most importantly they keep it clean. I kept telling myself to cancel the membership because it is about $60 and I had not used it since last November. This is when I started doing P90X. P90X was kicking my butt already so there was no need to go but I really enjoyed the pool so I kept paying and told myself I would return.

Well, last week I returned. I did 50 laps in the lap pool and man did I feel exhausted. Not too exhausted because of all the P90X’ing I have done. I was so whipped that I feel asleep about an hour earlier than usually that night. I went back to the gym two more times last week and even stepped it up to 60 laps. The poolis about 25 yards long so when I did my calculations I almost swam a mile. I switched between breast stroke and the normal stroke. I started feeling some strength build up in my back and it felt great.

So why should you do swimming after P90X? The cool thing about P90X is that it works a particular muscle in about an hour. You workout your whole body during the span of a week. Swimming works your whole body the entire time you are doing it. You use every muscle in your body when swimming. Today I decided to pull out the P90X DVD’s and I did P90X Back and Biceps. I felt stronger today than before. I was able to increase my P90X results by at least 5% over the previous time. I was able to knock out 1-2 more pull ups or chin ups and increase my weight on all of the routines. I was happy about that. What I am realizing is that all of the hard work I did building up these muscles has not gone away. Now I just need to maintain them. What I am going to do now is get back into the pull 3 times a week until I feel like Flipper moving through the water while doing 1 or 2 P90X DVDs. This way I can build new muscles and maintain the ones I have already built.

Post from: <a

It has been the best investment I have made for my health. I still have a gym membership and the only reason I have it is because I occasionally like to get in the pool. I wish I could fit a pool in my house but I can’t.

I was going over my own P90X review to see what kind of results I have come up with since I first started. The one thing that got me nervous when I first started was doing pull ups and chin ups. After reviewing my P90X results booklet I saw that I could only do 1 chin up when I first started. It was embarrasing because I was working out with a friend who was training to go into the Marines. He had been working on his pull ups and chin ups for about a month before I started doing P90X.

I then went to look at what my current results are and saw that I can now do 13 chin ups at one time. What was also amazing to see was that it took me a month to do 1 wide front pull up. The other day I did 10. Even more surprising was looking at the results of the P90X Legs and Back routine. This is the workout where you do a combination of 4 pull ups and a lot of leg routines. My first time doing this I could do only 4 total chin ups/pull ups. The types of pull ups/chin ups are reverse grip chin up, wide front pull ups, close grip chin ups, and switch grip pull ups. Basically I did 1 for each type at first. I reviewed my accomplishments now and did 36 total and that was just the first time. You do this twice in that workout. So thats about 70 total pull ups/chin ups in a one hour workout.

My P90X review would have to say that I have been very happy with P90X. I know that this routine is just suppose to be for 90 days but it really is a life style change. My overall fitness has increased dramatically and I can see it in every activity that I do.
Post from: <a
