Sheryl Crow Does P90X

At the Grammys last night Sheryl Crow was doing a interview with the E Channel. Near the end of the interview she was asked how she got into great shape. I couldn't believe it when she said P90X. Actually I could but it was cool to hear that one of the greatest singers of all time was using P90X and not some high paid fitness instructor. For those of you ladies out there who think they are too old to get into shape you should know that Sheryl is 46 years young. Here is the interview.

I don't know of any more of an endorsement you need than one from a celebrity. You can tell from her P90X results that it works. So what are you waiting for?
