After taking the meal replacement shake for over two years now I thought it was ok to share my Shakeology results. I was very surprised to see how much of a difference Shakeology has made since the time I started taking it. Even though I considered myself a healthy person before taking it I know now that I’m even healthier now. The nutritionists at Beachbody really knew what they were doing when they developed it. Beachbody had to travel around the world to get many of the ingredients and I’m glad they did.
What Is The Biggest Difference In Your Visible Shakeology Results?
There is much more definition showing through out my entire body. I almost have six pack abs and my arms look bigger. What’s crazy is that I ate basically the same as my before photo along with doing the same workouts. I was not on a 90 day program but was mixing up P90X workouts, Insanity, and Tony Horton One on One DVDs.
What Do You Like Most About Your Shakeology Results?
I was not trying per se to get visible abs and the definition but I’ll take it. My Shakeology results have influenced me enough to take my understanding of nutrition to a whole new level. I’ve gone on to read that over 80% of the results you get from doing a workout program come from what you eat. That surprised me at first as I thought it was all about doing the workouts.
What Do You Hope Others Take Away From Your Shakeology Results?
That in shape people can get better results from using Shakeology. As you can see from my before and after Shakeology photos I was in very good shape before. With using Shakeology I’m in even better shape along with feeling better too. I hope the people who are out of shape, have a lot of weight to lose, or both consider buying Shakeology asap and start incorporating it into their daily routine. If you are doing P90X or Insanity and not seeing results then you need to stop fooling yourself thinking the workouts alone will do it. In Summary:
My Shakeology results did not only come from it alone as I was putting in the time with the workouts and eating ok. Shakeology has increased my workout results and has shown me how much more I can get out of them. I have a deeper understanding of good nutrition and do not care that Shakeology costs me $90 (Beachbody Coach price). Even at $120 retail I would still recommend people to buy it at the Beachbody Store. Its cheaper than a cup of coffee at Starbucks or a couple pops at work and its way…way better for you. However, Shakeology is one of those things you need to be taking daily along with doing the workouts or your never going to see any Shakeology results.
