Sunday (6/20/10) - P90X Back and Biceps with Ab Ripper X

Its been awhile since I've done P90X Yoga Xand man was I sore. I did it in the morning of my double header softball games and the soreness crept in right when the game started making things like bending over for ground balls a little bit harder. To make it more challenging I did 5 push ups for every vinyasa that we did which meant I did about 100 push ups. I did 30 pull ups during the P90X Back and Biceps routine which is not that bad for not doing it in awhile. Another solid of week of working out and being active.

Will’s P90X Results

By Will On June 17, 2010 1 Comment

Name: Will Bochkay

Program: P90X What made you decide to start P90X ? Was it the infomercial, friend or co-workers results, bored with the gym, etc.?   I started P90X because I was tired of deleting my life away. Every picture I saw of myself I deleted because I didnt like how I looked and I decided it was time for a change.  I saw the P90X infomercial, thought it over for 2 months, and jumped in. What were your biggest obstacles (work, school, family)? How did you overcome those?   My biggest obstacle was how out of shape I was.  I just kept pushing and modifying until I was able to do things better and better. How has P90X changed your life? Weight loss, inches off waist, body fat %, sports performance, etc.?   The P90X workout program has completely changed my life in every way.  I've lost 68 pounds, quit smoking, and I'm in the best shape of my life. Since finishing P90X I have gone on to do P90X Plus, Rev Abs, and Insanity. You signed up as Coach. Besides the business, what do you like most about it? Is it the discounts, committing to your health and fitness, coaching others, all of the above, etc?   I love coaching because I love helping people.  It is amazing to help people achieve the same things or more than I have. My goal is to become one of the best coaches by providing motivation, knowledge, personal growth, and being there for my customers and coaches. This was a guest post by fellow coach Will Bochkay.
