The P90X2 Shoulders and Arms workout is done in Phase 2 of P90X2. Tony Horton takes it up a notch from the original P90X Shoulders and Arms workout with the use of a stability ball. Much of the X2 Shoulders and Arms workout is done on the stability ball while using dumbbells.
