When you do the P90X workout you will need a pull up bar. There are a couple of ways to go about buying it. The first way is at the Team Beachbody Store.

To save 10% off the Pull Up Bar you can join the Beachbody Club. It costs $2.99 a week and you get meal plans made for you, advice from personal trainers, along with the discounts. Well worth it for somebody who is looking for help.

A lot of the P90X workouts use a pull up bar. The best thing about the P90X Pull Up Bar is that you do not have to nail anything into the wall and you can move it anywhere in your house. The Pull Up Bar can hold up to 300 pounds and is easy to assemble. It took about 10 minutes to put together. Don’t worry about it damaging any of your molding because it comes with rubber covers for the metal frame. Don’t be intimidated by the pull up bar if you cannot do any pull ups right now. You will learn how to do them and get stronger. Some of the pull ups and chin ups you will do are “wide grip pull ups,” and “reverse grip chin ups.” Here is a video of yours truly using the pull up bar and the many things you can use it for.

There are some pull up bars on eBay that look like the P90X Pull Up Bar but they are not as good as the ones made by Beachbody. They are probably a couple dollars cheaper but you should know that they might not last as long. I would suggest buying the pull up bar from Beachbody as I have been using mine for over a year and it is still as good as the day I bought it.
