Not Feeling As Fat From Thanksgiving Dinner Anymore
I'm finally starting to feel a whole lot better now that all of the food I have ate over the thanksgiving holiday has started to pass. The amounts of food I eat has gone back to normal levels and the types of food are back too.
Feeling like I put on 10 pounds over the holiday weekend I told myself it was time to get back at it. Over the last three days I have gone swimming, ran 3 miles, and today I did my version of "P90X Doubles." This is where you do a form of cardio workouts right before you do a P90X DVD. What I did was run 2 miles on my treadmill because it was a little too cold to run outside today. Too compensate for me acting like a wimp and not throwing on a couple layers of clothing I set the incline of the treadmill at a 3% grade and ran it at 6.5 mph. When I was done with the running I threw in the P90X Back and Biceps workout and got at it. It had been a couple weeks since I did it so I definitely felt like I had lost some strength. It did not affect my pull ups or chin ups. It only made a difference when I was doing hammer curls with my dumbbells. I did my best to make it through Ab Ripper. Let's see how I feel tomorrow. If anything I might need to do another day of P90X Doubles.
