Monday (5/3/10) – Day Off – Exhausted from the flight back to Detroit from Los Angeles.

Tuesday (5/4/10) – 2 Mile Run and Softball Game

Wednesday (5/5/10) – P90X Plyometrics and Double Header Softball Game

Thursday (5/6/10) – Day Off

Friday (5/7/10) – P90X Yoga X

Saturday (5/8/10) Day Off

Sunday (5/9/10) – Day Off

This was one of my poorest weeks of working out. Something happened on the airplane ride. When I got back my legs felt rock solid. My girlfriend was saying the same. When I finished my run I took a look at my legs and they looked swollen. It was weird. I felt so heavy running around the base paths at softball on Tuesday.

I powered through Plyometrics but my legs still felt swollen and heavy. I played ok at softball on Wednesday but my running was noticeably slower. Thursday morning sucked. I woke up and I could barely get out of bed. I must of tweaked my back at softball. It hurt so much to bend over and sit down. It could of been from a couple different things but it hurt to do anything.

To try and make the pain go away I decided to do P90X Yoga X on Friday. It helped a little bit but my back had never felt so tight. This pain carried on into the weekend. I decided to take the weekend off as there is no point of making it worse. The pain could of came from swinging the bat or the hours I spend sitting in a chair all day for work. My current set up is not that ergo friendly. So I made the decision to get a new desk and chair from Ikea. Its already paying back in dividends and I think it will be the right decision for the long run.
