Lost The Thanksgiving Weight
Finally feel like I am back to normal now. I have been putting in a bit of extra time this week in trying to rid myself of the pounds I put on during Thanksgiving. To finish up the week I went swimming on Thursday and did Plyometrics with a two mile run on the treadmill on Friday. I struggled a little bit with Plyometrics because it had been quite some time since I did it last. To make up for not completing a couple of the jumping exercises I told myself to hit up the treadmill to make up for what I could not do. I am not feeling as tub-o as I have for the week now. If anything its time to keep on this pace to make sure I have space for when Christmas comes around.
