Program: P90X and Insanity
Why did you start P90X?
My Dad was saying how much better P90X had made him feel overall, and he trains for triathlons so it carried a lot of weight. About a year ago (May 2009) I was at the heaviest I had been. Nothing terrible, but definitely noticeable. I sit at a desk probably 10-12 hours a day for work, so I have to get all my exercise deliberately. I decided to work towards changing it. Started running and doing body weight workouts with improved diet, but it didn’t really make much of a difference. Then I started P90X in February 2010.
What were your biggest obstacles to get your P90X results?
How have your P90X results changed your life?
I lost about 15 pounds and 10% body fat after my first run of P90X. So far, 30 days into Insanity, I’m down another 5 pounds and 1% BF. Couldn’t be happier!
Why did you sign up to be a coach?
The discounts were a major factor. Also, committing to being fit by also committing to coaching is a great motivator to stay on target. Telling others about the success I’ve had with P90X carries more weight when I mention I signed up for the coaching.

@Brad Yeah, it worked out great and now I’m almost through with Insanity and liking that, too. After my wedding and honeymoon I’ll start-up a fresh round of the X I think.
Kyle – Nice work on making a decision to do something about your health and fitness. Its easy to see where the weight came off at.
