Beachbody has just released their newest at home workout program called Insanity. It is a 60 day total body conditioning program. I am very excited about this program as I have been doing the P90X and Power 90 workouts for over a year now and am ready for a new challenge. As soon as Insanity gets delivered to my house I will take my before photos, measurements, etc. and post them up here. I will be putting this workout through the same test as I did with P90X.
