What Is The Biggest Transformation You See In Your Insanity Asylum Results?

From looking at each before and after photo the biggest places I can see gains is pretty much everywhere. My abs, back, and arms are bigger and more defined. The after photo from the side says a lot. It shows how much more cut I am then before. Forgot to take a picture of my calves but man did they get ripped. All of the jump roping and agility ladder work did a number on them.

Did You Do Any Other Workouts To Achieve These Insanity Asylum Results?

I did not do P90X or the original Insanity workout but I did do a bit of bike riding and played softball. Not sure if either of those contributed to my Insanity Asylum results besides helping burn off a couple of calories. But I was playing double-header softball games on consecutive nights along with putting 20 miles or more on my bike a week. I work out of the house so my bike is my means of transportation.

Insanity Asylum Results: How Did You Do With The Insanity Asylum Meal Plan?

Its been a process over the past couple years to trust and follow the meal plans Beachbody makes and I am getting better at sticking to them. I would give myself a B+ on the meal plans. Usually have 1-3 cheat meals a week like Buffalo Wings, couple slices of pizza, or my weakness…french fries. Yes, I do have a beer or two or more on the weekends. So no, I did not remove alcohol from my weekly social activities. It probably would make a difference in my Insanity Asylum results but I’m not trying to make the cover of a magazine.

Did Shakeology Play A Big Role In Your Insanity Asylum Results?

Yes, yes, and yes. Shakeology works. It has made the biggest difference in my overall health and fitness since I started taking it daily almost two years ago. It’s not uncommon to go through a bag or two of Shakeology every single month in my house. I find myself going to make an afternoon Shakeology for a snack now along with having one for breakfast. It keeps me full, alert, and works its magical powers in ummmm…..cleaning me out.

Were You Able To Achieve Those Insanity Asylum Results In 30 Days?

No. I started on April 19th and finished on June 24th. Taking me 67 days to complete the Insanity Asylum workout. It took longer than 30 days because of double-header softball games twice a week and my stupid left knee. If I worked out on both days and played softball I would be gassed. Rather workout 1 day, rest the other, and have energy to play the games. My knee was the other issue. Occasionally I would skip a day or two of Asylum workouts and ride my bike to get a workout in. All of the lunges, jump roping, and running the bases put a toll on my knee in the beginning forcing me to rest.

Insanity Asylum Results: In Review

I am very happy with my Insanity Asylum results. Eating better and focusing on form made a big difference. I will be doing P90X / Asylum or Insanity / Insanity Asylum hybrids in the future because I enjoyed the variety and pace of the Asylum workouts. I hope my review and Insanity Asylum results show what you can achieve with this workout and I highly recommend you buy the Insanity Asylum Workout DVD and “get committed.”
