If I would have known how much they workout all of the other body parts I would have started doing them in high school.160 total chin ups/pull ups is quite impressive. I now I can do more. Maybe I need to stop doing the workouts that do not use a chin up bar and just do those couple of P90X DVDs.Anyways, good job. It inspires me to keep on getting extreme.

@ Derek

138 is amazing!! I know what your saying about how much the chin ups and pull ups do. STARTED AT 65 TOTAL CHIN-UPS (9 MAX) AND FINISHED AT 138 BY WEEK 12 (34 MAX). I REALLY REALLY PUSHED THE CHINUPS THOUGH, JUST BECAUSE THEY DO SO MUCH. STAY WITH IT AND YOU'LL SEE EM GROW AND KEEP GROWING. NOW I'M UP TO 20 ON EVERY SET = 160! EVERYTIME I'M DEAD, BUT IT'S GETTING EASIER. ABOUT TO START GOING HIGHER! JUST BEEN KINDA HOLDING OFF TO WORK THE LEGS ALIL MORE.

KEEP IT UP! THAT’S EXACTLY HOW I DID IT.
