I Did The P90X Shoulders And Arms DVD Today

Yesterday I skipped working out of any sorts. No running, swimming, or P90Xing. I was still feeling quite groggy from this weekend and the wedding. This should be the last wedding of the year for me so hopefully no more rage fests. Lucky for me I like to dance and usually dance off any buzz that I earned from drinking gin and tonics all night.

I spent all day yesterday working on the computer. Some days I can go for 8 hours and not even move from my chair if I am laser focused. This is what happened. I had a ton of work to do on the computer so I took the time to catch up and let me body rest another day. I can always tell when I have been sitting at a desk all day. The next morning my back, shoulders, and neck are sore from staying in the same spot all day without stretching at all. Staying in that same position typing away is not good to do for 8 hours.

I decided to do the P90X Shoulders and Arms DVD today. This way it could stretch out my arms and arms that were feeling very tight. This P90X DVD is not one of my favorites but I can tell that I do get a lot out of it. With so much emphasis towards building up the shoulders it really does wonders. P90X Shoulders and Arms probably is one of the P90X workouts that I have gained the most from. My shoulders are much stronger and it has made a difference in all of the sports that I play including golf and softball. I get so much more club and bat speed now that I ask myself why I did not start working out like this in High School.

P90X Shoulders and Arms is one of the longer workouts. It takes right at about an hour and it moves pretty fast. I catch myself having to hit the pause button a lot to write down my P90X results then go and switch the weights around on my Bowflex Selecttech Dumbbells. My arms are always dead after doing shoulders and arms. My back, shoulder, and neck area feel a lot better after doing the workout so now I can get back to work.
