I’ve decided to start something new today and plan on continuing with it. I have really enjoyed doing P90X, Insanity, and a couple other Beachbody workouts over the past couple years so much that I no longer go to the gym. Doing so has led me to want to get more people doing these workouts. So what I am starting today is a weekly raffle where I buy and give away a workout of my choice to a visitor to the site. These are the details.
From June 2nd to June 8th there will be a raffle where I give away one of the premium workouts that Beachbody sells. This will be a brand new, in the box workout complete with everything. To get into the raffle you must:
1. Sign up for a Free Beachbody Account.
2. Leave a comment below saying something like “I really want to get in shape with P90X.”
*Only new Beachbody Account signups will count. If you currently have a account or are a coach yourself then I will delete your comment. Not trying to be a meanie here but only trying to get some newbies involved with their fitness.
I will turn off the comments at noon on Tuesday June 8th, 2010. At that time I will go over to Random.org and put in the amount of comments into the form. Each one of your comments will have a number attached to it.
Edit: I found a tool that makes things easier called “And The Winner is” to do the contest. You can read how it works to make sure everything is fair.
I’ll record the drawing and post it on the site. At that time I will inform the winner what they won. I can’t tell you what I’m raffling away as there is a Beachbody Coach guideline saying I can’t until the drawing is over. I can say that its one of the premium workouts inside the Beachbody Store. The winner should receive the workout before the following weekend giving them plenty of time to read the workout guide and get started on Monday.
If you are ready to get started on a workout and can’t wait for the contest to be over then head over to the Beachbody Store and buy a workout. Hey Brad! I’m a 17 year old junior in highschool and I want to loose some wait/get in shape. I have had a number of people I know personally tell me that p90x works great and Id like to give it a shot. I wanna get in shape over the summer so I can go back next year and shock some people!

I’m former Army with a daughter who is former Air Force and we chose today to be our Fitness D-Day! She won the coin toss to go with the P90X (while I wanted Insanity), and it’s quite a coincidence that I found this site. I’m just glad we didn’t order P90X yet…we’ll wait to see if we win here first!
Today we start with cardio-kickboxing, and hopefully (fingers crossed), we’ll win the P90X to really pump it up!

So I am newbie to the Beachbody family! You all are in awesome shape and yes I am very envious. Sometimes life gets busy but you have given me a new light to make certain I stick with taking care of me! I am looking forward to P90x and gaining great results. If I enjoy it as much as I’m hoping to, I may even want to be a coach myself. I just want make sure I am good example for others first, like yourself. I really wanna get in shape with P90x! Thanks
