However, it is now one of my favorites. Every single sport or activity I do has improved because of the balance and core strength I developed because of Yoga. Your better off doing 45 minutes of Yoga X and stopping the workout then skipping it. The other option would be to do P90X X Stretch instead. Yoga is put in there for a reason.
