They announced it was in the works at the 2011 Coach Summit. It could not have been a better time for it to come out as I was one of the tool boxes who waited 2 hours in line at the Apple Store to get the new iPhone 4S three weeks ago. I was due for a new cell phone as my last one was 5 years old.

How Do You Buy The P90X iPhone App?

First thing you need to do is sign up for a Free Beachbody Account. This way when you log into the P90X app you will be able to sync up your Team Beachbody account with your iPhone. This is probably the most important part. From there you can do a quick search on your iPhone or go and check it out at the <a

I have started playing around the P90X iPhone app a little and can see how it would be very beneficial to somebody. You get the option to buy all of the P90X workouts or just the ones you want. The basic app costs $4.99 and with it comes P90X Ab Ripper X and the P90X Fit Test. The real benefit comes from when you buy all of the workouts for $59.99. This is when the rest of the tools like tracking reps, weight used, and progress come available.

Does The P90X iPhone App Replace The P90X DVDs?

I’d say no. The P90X iPhone App is there to compliment the P90X DVDs. I’m thinking something like you want to go to the gym and can’t remember the workouts or you’re traveling and don’t want to take the P90X DVDs with you. I could not imagine doing all 90 days of P90X while looking at my iPhone. Plus, you miss all of the one liners Tony Horton says in P90X.

Does The P90X iPhone App Work On Any Other Apple Products?

Yes. You can buy the P90X app for the iPad and iPod Touch. I like to say that I’m new to the whole Apple products still even though I own an iPhone, iPod, iPad, and iMac but I think there’s a way to hook up the iPad and have it play on your TV. That would be a great way to buy P90X for half the price of the dvds and not have to stare at a tiny computer screen while trying to do Plyometrics.

Is The P90X App Available For The Android Market?

Not yet. I’m sure Beachbody will have the P90X app on the android platform sometime soon but I have not heard any news saying they are working on it. With millions of people using Android smart phones we can only assume Beachbody would want to tap into it.

Its only be a matter of time when all of the Beachbody workouts will be apps you can download to a phone, computer, or TV. I guess in the long run this will be more efficient. Less packaging materials, no worrying about scratched discs, or lost workout guides and meal plans. My only concern is people won’t take it that serious when its just another app on their iPhone. There is something about seeing the P90X DVD booklet on my shelf that motivates me to workout. The P90X iPhone app does solve the problems above so we can only hope it keeps more people wanting to workout.
Post from: I had a chance to do the P90X2 Yoga workout at the Beachbody Coach Success Club Leadership trip in Laguna, California last month and was very impressed. The P90X2 Yoga workout moved at a much quicker pace than P90X Yoga X. Some dude in the video does a handstand for one of the poses. Going to need some practice to pull that one off. Woke up sore the next day from it.

Beachbody listened to what people had to say and made the necessary changes to make P90X2 better. We can assume from the video that P90X2′s moves are going to be just as or more extreme than P90X. The changes I’m talking about are the 5 day a week workout plan instead of 6 days a week, a 60 minute yoga workout instead of 90 minutes, and a simpler meal plan. Those three things were the major excuses people (including myself) would give for not wanting to do P90X and giving up. Looking forward to getting my P90X2 workout and starting in Jan. 2012.

Post from: <a

I got winded going up the stairs and refused to buy new clothes for the larger size, so felt even worse about myself since I never wore anything nicer than baggy stuff. A picture of me at my brother’s wedding is what kicked me into gear – thank goodness I had a nice outfit and my hair was done because the rest was unrecognizable, I didn’t feel like myself anymore.

What were your biggest obstacles? How did you overcome those to get your P90X results?

My biggest obstacle was time. Finding a time where my husband and I could BOTH get a workout in while still having one parent supervise our young family took some juggling. The solution is usually to have one parent get up and work out super early, and the other in the evening right before the kids go to bed. It doesn’t always work, some nights we work out super late in the evening. It took us quite a bit longer than 90 days to finish our first round. We still got good results (in LARGE part because we followed the diet plan), and now working out is habit – one way or another we find the time.

How has your P90X results changed your life?

Todd is in the best shape of his life and I’m almost there. I’ve lost 25 lbs so far, and won’t have trouble losing the rest. Some upper shoulder soreness from a car accident a long time ago has completely gone away through the strengthening. I feel like myself again and will never go back.

Why did you sign up to be a coach?

At first it was just to be accountable to myself. It didn’t take long for us to both realize that we loved the P90X workout and the Beachbody programs in general as a lifestyle, and wanted to help make that a part of other people’s lives as well. It’s very fulfilling to see the positive transformations others are making in their lives, and we both love being a part of that by providing support to our customers and coaches.

This was a guest post written by fellow coach Anastasia McCune. title="P90X Results" href="http://workoutjourney.com/my-p90x-results" target="_self">P90X results. There are three different versions you can do of P90X. The classic, lean, and doubles routine. I recommend everybody start with the P90X Classic Routine. Here it is.

**What I recommend you do first is sign up for a I received my monthly order of P90X Protein Bars a couple weeks ago and was very excited to get them. I had heard that Beachbody was going to be re-doing them in an effort to make them better. I thought the old P90X Protein Bars were pretty good to begin with so I was curious to see how much better these ones could be.

Are The New P90X Protein Bars Better?

Upon opening up the variety pack of P90X Protein Bars I went straight for my favorite flavor, the Wildberry Yogurt. After taking a couple bites I could taste the difference and that difference was…the taste. It had a lot more flavor in them then the previous P90X Protein Bars. It didn’t taste so much like a protein bar as it did taste like a really good candy bar. So far so good.

Do The New P90X Protein Bars Have Better Ingredients?

Beachbody has said that the new P90X Protein Bars have more natural ingredients then the old ones. After taking a look at the ingredients from the old ones to these the only real differences I could find are that the calories dropped from 260 to 250 and sugar dropped from 26g to 17g. The rest of the ingredients like vitamins, Copper, and my favorite ingredient name Riboflavin are about the same. The sugar content was the only thing I did not care for in the previous P90X Protein Bars. The protein content is still at 20g per bar.

What About The Other P90X Protein Bars Flavors?

The Cafe Mocha flavor is now my second favorite flavor with Chocolate Peanut Butter and Chocolate Fudge following. The difference I noticed in these other flavors is they added crisps in them to give it more flavor. The also have a softer shell making it easier to bite into and not so proteiny. You can read more about the P90X Protein Bars and buy them at the <a

They took one of their best products and made it even better. I don’t know what they can do to improve them but I’m sure they will think of something. What I like best about the P90X Protein Bars is that they are quick snack that keep me full when I’m out snowboarding or on the go.
Post from: <a
